Piping Fabrication
Haberberger Mechanical’s fabrication shop is a modern 28,000-square-foot facility. By having full-service capabilities with segregated carbon steel and stainless steel welding operations, Haberberger is able to meet any and all fabrication needs for our clients. The capabilities of the fabrication shop are extensive thanks to the skilled pipefitters and welders of UA Local 562, who have the latest training, technology and equipment at their disposal.
Working in partnership with our customers, we identify the best processes to use for each job and provide the highest levels of quality craftsmanship. With full-time American Welding Society (AWS) Certified Weld Inspectors on staff, Haberberger, Inc. assures all jobs are built in accordance to the applicable codes. Our staff can assist you with selecting the correct procedures for your project. Haberberger’s welders receive extensive training and work with a wide variety of materials, including:

- Chrome Moly P-11, P-22 and P-91
- Inconel
- Hastelloy
- Copper and Brass
- Other Alloys
Haberberger’s fabrication shop includes three bays equipped to perform a variety of welding processes, including:
- Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)
- Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)
- Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
- Pulsed Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW-P)
- Orbital Pipe and Tube Welding
- Gas Metal Arc Welding – Spray (GMAW-S)

Over the past 20 years, Haberberger has become a recognized leader in providing exceptional heavy industrial and HVAC fabrication services to clients. Growing demand in these arenas led to the development of our own cutting-edge fabrication facility, and since its inception, we have been successful in helping clients meet their fabrication needs.
Our fabrication capabilities also extend to pipe skid and module fabrication. We have constructed numerous skids and modules of all sizes, configurations and materials for a variety of our industrial, pharmaceutical and food/beverage clients. Our fabrication team and facility provide us with the ability to tackle even exceptionally large jobs. This was evident when more than 2,500 feet of interstitial piping racks were fabricated for a pharmaceutical client. Our team provides skid and module fabrication support to customers looking to decrease their construction costs.
